بنود الخدمة
تنظم هذه البنود استخدامك لتطبيق «في البنك بكام» (com.inbank.bkam) المقدَّم من SK Upload. باستخدام التطبيق فإنك توافق عليها.
الخدمة
يوفر التطبيق متابعة أسعار العملات والذهب في مصر وأدوات لتحويلها. ويُقدَّم مجانًا وقد يعرض إعلانات.
الاستخدام المسموح
نمنحك ترخيصًا شخصيًا غير حصري لاستخدام التطبيق للأغراض المشروعة. لا يجوز إساءة استخدامه أو تعطيله أو نسخه أو الهندسة العكسية له، إلا بالقدر الذي يسمح به القانون.
دقة المحتوى
الأسعار استرشادية وقد تختلف عن السعر الفعلي لدى البنك أو التاجر وقت المعاملة. التطبيق ليس بنكًا ولا يرتبط بأي بنك، ولا يقدم نصيحة مالية أو استثمارية. ارجع إلى الجهة المعنية قبل أي قرار مالي.
خدمات الأطراف الثالثة
يعتمد التطبيق على خدمات خارجية مثل الإعلانات وخدمات Google، وتخضع هذه الخدمات لشروطها وسياساتها. قد تقودك الإعلانات أو الروابط إلى محتوى لا نتحكم فيه.
الملكية الفكرية
التطبيق وتصميمه مملوكان لمزود الخدمة أو لمرخصيه. أسماء وعلامات الأطراف الأخرى مملوكة لأصحابها.
إخلاء المسؤولية
يُقدَّم التطبيق «كما هو» دون ضمان استمراره أو خلوه من الأخطاء، ولا نتحمل الأضرار غير المباشرة الناتجة عن استخدامه، وذلك في أقصى حد يسمح به القانون. لا يؤثر ذلك في حقوقك الإلزامية بموجب قوانين حماية المستهلك المطبقة عليك.
الإيقاف والتغييرات
يمكنك التوقف في أي وقت بإلغاء تثبيت التطبيق. قد نعدّل التطبيق أو نوقفه أو نحدّث هذه البنود، ويظهر تاريخ آخر تحديث أعلى الصفحة.
القانون المطبق
تخضع هذه البنود لقوانين جمهورية مصر العربية، دون الإخلال بحقوق المستهلك الإلزامية في بلد إقامتك.

Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the Fi Al-Bank Bkam app (com.inbank.bkam), provided by SK Upload. By using the Application you agree to them.
The service
The Application provides currency and gold prices in Egypt with conversion tools. It is free to use and may show advertising.
Permitted use
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive licence to use the Application for lawful purposes. You may not misuse, disrupt, copy or reverse engineer it, except as the law allows.
Accuracy of content
Prices are indicative and may differ from the actual rate at a bank or dealer at the time of a transaction. The Application is not a bank, is not affiliated with any bank, and does not provide financial or investment advice. Check with the relevant institution before any financial decision.
Third-party services
The Application relies on external services such as advertising and Google services, which have their own terms and policies. Ads or links may lead to content we do not control.
Intellectual property
The Application and its design belong to the Service Provider or its licensors. Third-party names and marks belong to their owners.
Disclaimer
The Application is provided "as is", without any guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error free. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from its use. This does not affect your mandatory rights under the consumer protection laws that apply to you.
Ending use and changes
You can stop at any time by uninstalling the Application. We may change or discontinue the Application or update these terms. The date of the latest update appears at the top of this page.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
